About MeUnlike large law firms that routinely pass off their clients to paralegals, I will work closely and directly with you throughout the entire legal process, from start to finish. I will be there to answer your questions, and I will personally appear with you in court. I consider my relationship with you as a client to be a personal one. I listen, and I care. I have a much lower overhead than the large, impersonal law firms, and so my fees are quite reasonable. I offer plan payments for my attorney fees, which are regulated by the court. I am an experienced attorney who has practiced in Riverside and San Bernardino counties since 1992. I practiced Family Law until 1999, and then redirected my practice to Bankruptcy law. I am a certified mediator for the U. S. Bankruptcy Court Central District since 1998; a mediator for the Dispute Resolution Services of the Riverside County Bar Association since 2000; and an arbitrator on the California State Bar Panel of Arbitrators since 2000. I represent both debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, and I represent creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings. I have successfully filed voluntary debtor petitions, and prepared and represented debtors and creditors in Adversary actions. I have been Counsel to Chapter 7 Trustees in asset and related cases.
